[Notes: So, this is another one of the last minute ideas. I was originally working for the Psycho Mantis based variant suggested by Lediblock2, but this one suddenly crossed my mind and considering Abra's lore, it felt like a more appropriate variant for the line. So, here we go…]

The Distortion Abra family is always seen as the channelers of evils in Alneo. It is believed that these Pokémon are messengers of Giratina and are given the task to find people who are willing to serve the God of Distortion. There have been tales about this Abra line appearing to those who have ambitions so high that they are willing to bargain their own souls for accomplishing that. This very trait has earned this line the name "Mephistopheles", meaning the Plasterer of Lies, because even though the deal with this Pokémon grants the most unfeasible wishes, it comes at a price of eternal servitude to the Lord of Distortion.

Locals of Alneo believe that Abra family was personally created, or in some versions, altered by the Distortion Lord himself to work as his minions. Although these Pokémon are infamous for tricking people into making a deal with Giratina, the truth is that they'll only appear to those who have already lost their faith in the good and are willing to go for the extreme ways to achieve their goals. Though known as the Plasterer of Lies, the Abra family would never lure a pure-hearted human to walk the path of Giratina.

There are not many statistical records for the Pokémon as very few trainers have been able to catch this Pokémon. However, those who have actually watched this Pokémon in battle claim that this family is far above its common counterparts in terms of raw power. Several trainers have been recorded to end up in coma after witnessing the destructive force of a Distortion Alakazam's power.
